Warwick began his career with Dominion, spending nearly a decade with the firm. In this initial stint he worked predominantly within the Risk & Compliance team in Jersey, where he gained a deep understanding of Jersey regulatory framework. He transferred into an operational risk position which saw him play a core role in helping to develop risk & compliance practices in Dominion’s other jurisdictions’, regularly travelling between the offices to lead projects and instil the Dominion culture throughout.
Warwick moved on to spend a short while with a large fund administration provider, where he took on the role of Key Persons for a range of investment funds, dealing with Boards, investment managers and other stakeholders to ensure the funds’ maintained compliance with the regulatory regime. The opportunity then arose to take on the Head of Compliance role at another local trust company business, holding the 3 registered Key Person roles with the JFSC.
After 5 years away, Warwick rejoined Dominion in 2025 to serve as the Head of Risk & Compliance. In this capacity, he oversees all risk, compliance, and governance matters for the Jersey business, whilst holding the roles of Compliance Officer, Money Laundering Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer. After attaining several professional qualifications throughout his career, Warwick is currently a Fellow of the International Compliance Association.
When he isn’t being kept busy amusing his young daughter, Warwick enjoys watching a variety of sports, despite not being particularly skilled at any of them. He’ll often be found by the coffee machine dissecting the weekends’ events with anyone who will listen!
