Raquel joined Dominion in January 2019 and is responsible for dealing with all staff People Journeys, Recruitment and Training and Development.
As a People Manager, Raquel is mainly responsible for developing trusted relationships with each employee across all jurisdictions where she can plan, develop and implement staff training plans and succession plans.
Raquel also manages all recruitment needs for the different jurisdictions and catches up regularly with all staff to gather vital feedback in order to develop strategies to facilitate positive employee relations and engagement.
In her spare time she enjoys long walks with her dog and socialising with family and friends.
